When you outsource your payroll, you pay a monthly fee (based on the number of employees and your specific needs) and, if necessary, the salary of the HR Specialist responsible with collecting the data needed for processing payroll. Depending on your company size, the HR Specialist can be employed part-time or full-time.

Once we sign up Service Level Agreement (SLA), we will share an excel template to provide your company’s basic information, statutory registration details, employees’ profile and pay structure.
iSalCal turnaround time (TAT) is two working days. We will share the output in the form of Salary Reports includes Salary Register, Bank Advice and Income Tax deduction details. Pay slips will be sent to the employees directly.
You will be billed monthly based on the services supplied.
You can share the monthly input in an excel template provided by us by email 2 days before the payroll run date of any changes required
You can share the changes to the payroll including new employees, current employees leaving and any other onetime payment or deduction.
Employees are eligible to Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) or Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) provided that fulfill certain criteria as per the Act.
If you or your staffs have any queries regarding income tax deduction, employee can raise a ticket and we will respond to his / her queries either through email or over the phone.
